photo calendar deals

I've started thinking about photo calendars for Christmas. Last year I made some at Shutterfly and gave them to a bunch of family members. They were a hit and now an expected Christmas gift I think! Here are deals I've come across so far, does anyone know if they'll get better before Christmas? I'm pretty sure last year I made and ordered mine in early Dec. from Shutterfly and I thought I paid around $10 per calendar. Its easiest for me to do them at Shutterfly since I normally store and share my photos on that site, but if there is a big savings in money, then I'll find the time to load photos on another site.
