Safari users, HELP!

My browser bar has disappeared! I can't access any web page that's not in my bookmarks! GAH!!! I think my DH did something funny to the computer... but I have no idea what, and of course he says he didn't do "anything".

That has happened on my iPad. I restarted it and safari came back.

If you click on view, you should be able to click show toolbar.
