I was planning to make cornbread and sausage stuffing.

I made a big batch of cornbread today from a box mix. I took a few bites, and the cornbread was dry and had no flavor. :irked: I didn't really enjoy eating it on its own.

Will I be ok making stuffing from this dry and tasteless cornbread, or should I make another batch of cornbread?

The cornbread will be perfect for stuffing. You actually want it to be dry so it doesn't get soggy when it soaks up all the turkey juices. Cornbread recipes that are designed to be used in stuffing are intentionally dry for that purpose.
