Treehouse toy

Is there any such thing? For an almost 4 year old boy?

Everytime I ask him what he wants for Christmas he mentions a tree house. But not a real one, just one that he can play with. (his cousins have a real treehouse so I am sure thats where he got the idea from)

Magic cabin has a pretty cool treehouse -- although they can be very inconsistent in shipping.

These all look very nice. I'm just afraid that if I spend the money on one of these toys, that he wont really play with it. The one at magic cabin looks very nice but to get all the pieces its like $260!
