Next Carseat after SnugRide?

what is the safest and most reasonable priced carseat you bought after the Graco 22 snugride that will last awhile? we have twins but don't have a car.only using them for short trips to doctor, etc.

Twins are 6 months = 18 pounds. They will be growing out of snugride soon.

My DD was that weight at 6 months. She was about 22/23lbs at 1 year but we switched her to the Roundabout at around 8 months (RF). It is reasonably priced at $150. We have both the Roundabout 50 (Classic) and the Roundabout 55. You may want to check out the 55.
