Stylish Gym Bag?

I am looking for a cool, hip gym bag for a woman in her early 20's. Any suggestions?

What does it need to be able to carry?

I use an LL Bean backpack from my college days so that probably doesn't qualify. ;)

I use a patagonia backpack but I carry weights in the bag so a packpack was the most reasonable.

I don't think you could go wrong with Lululemon, Lucy, Title Nine or Athleta though.
