I made the peppermint chippers posted in that thread last year and got several compliments on them. Very good!

These mint chocolate cookies are amazing (and I don't event like mint chocolate) and easy. I've given them as gifts the past two years and everyone raves about them.

Stacy- when you posted this, I put them on my list for my cookie exchange. I ended up not making them but one of the other moms brought them! She said our local paper had the recipe in it a while back. They ARE good. I will definitely be making them in the future!
