Playhouse Help!

I'd like to get DDs a playhouse for Christmas but I am not sure what to get. They are 5.5 and 2.5 so I want something that the older one can enjoy for awhile. Our backyard is not conducive for a swingset which would be my first choice as it is patio-ed and has no grass! We have outdoor weather throughout the year so I am not worried about it not being played with/stored in the winter. I think the plastic Step2/Little Tikes ones seem to be too small for DD1. I would like a wooden one, but they seem to be $1500 which seems steep! Can anyone point me in the right direction?

This playhouse is supposed to be big enough for shorter adults to fit in. We have some pop up on craigslist at around 300 used. It is around 550 New.
