Where can I get big balloons?

I saw this idea where you blow up big balloons, spray paint them and then put ribbon around them and hang it from the ceiling. I have high ceilings and four beams and I would love to try this for Christmas decorating but I can't find balloons big enough.

Maybe those "punch balloons" they are usually big. They seem to be at dollar stores a lot.
