iPhone dock w/ speakers to use in car?

I need help choosing a gift for my DH. He has no stereo speakers in his car (because it was stolen 2 years ago, but recovered a couple days later with the speakers - and our kids' carseats - missing). He doesn't want to spend money for new ones because the car is old (1990). But he plans to drive it into the ground, which could still be a while because it's a Honda and has never broken down yet. So for 2 years, he has driven to/from work with no music. He loves music and buys really good audio equipment to use at home, so I'm almost afraid to buy him anything audio-related because it may not be good enough for him! Is there anything reasonably priced (say, under $120) out there he can dock his iPhone in (he has a iPhone 3, if that matters) that will sound OK? Or should he just continue enjoying the sound of silence until his car dies?
