DD just threw up!

My one year old threw up on her stride rite sneakers. Does anyone know if they can be thrown in the washing machine?

I put DD's sneakers in the washer all the time and they come out fine. It's great if you can put them outside in some sun to dry too. Some of the Stride Rite shoes are advertised as washable, but I do this even with ones that aren't and it's fine.

DD1's Stride Rites are in the wash as I type this.

Ive washed them (once for the same reason!) and theyve been fine. I have found that they dry great if you lay them sideways at that warm air blowing vent at the bottom of the fridge. Salesperson at striderite said no dryer because it messes up the glue holding shoe together.
