Need recipes for cooked chicken

I like to buy the two pack of cooked sliced chicken at Costco. It comes plain, in medium to small strips. It looks like what you might add to a salad.
I make enchiladas and something called chicken cakes and sometimes we just add it to pasta sauce. I need a few more recipes that use cooked chicken. TIA!

dip in buffalo sauce, wrap in lettuce and tortilla.

same, but with Caesar dressing.

I like wrapping them in pita or tortilla.

tossed with penne, sundried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, pesto. or in a primavera.

throw in soups. (tortilla soup, noodle soup)

We made turkey and rice soup with leftover T-giving turkey. We also make quesadillas out of leftover cooked chicken, beef or pork. DS loves deciding what to put on his.

Chicken pot pie, fettucine alfredo and quesadillas come to mind.

Having pre-cooked chicken is such a time saver.
