Does anyone know of candy that is safe and good-tasting for diabetics? Thanks!

I know at Target there is a whole section of sugar free candy. I don't know enough about diabetic diets to know what's safe and ok, but I believe that's the audience the sugar free stuff was intended for. Most of it is pretty good IMO.

my DH is not diabetic but doing a diet that leans towards the low carb. He's liked the russel stover stuff although I'm not crazy about them having splenda. You can find it on amazon or netrition.com

Russel Stover, that was the brand I was thinking of that Target carries. They have peanut butter cups, heath bars, etc.

Sees, Godiva and Lindt all make sugar free versions of their chocolate. If it's for a gift, I'd go with the high end splurge stuff!

My DH gets some at Harry & David every time we go to Gatlinburg. DH did learn the hard way not to eat a lot of sugar free candy at once though...the results aren't pretty.
