The Little Gym is a good place. Also try for indoor playgrounds -- around here, several of the companies that sell backyard playsets have party rooms where they'll usually have several of their products set up for kids to play on.

Bounce U is probably good, too, since you get dedicated party space. At places like Monkey Joe's, the parties are not private, which is tough with toddlers.

I agree with the Gym rec. We did My Gym for DD's birthday once and it was great because it poured that day.

Chuckie Cheese.

Not chucky cheese. It's so loud and chaotic there and I think it would be too much for 2 year olds.

Little Gym sounds is a great idea!

Not sure if you'd have something like this near you - but we have a nearby community center that's rented out through the Parks and Rec department. It's pretty bare bones - just a big giant room and attached kitchen. There's plenty of room to run around, and they even allow bikes/scooters in the building.
