Can I use promo codes & ebates with Kohl's cash?

The title says it all. I'm trying to use up my Kohl's cash but the automatic free shipping that they have now does not apply. And the promo code applies after the Kohl's cash has been deducted? Please advise a newbie. Thanks!

That's how Kohl's does it in store as well. Kohl's Cash is applied first and then the % off code applies to the amount left AFTER Kohl's Cash. I assume you only earn ebates on the amount paid after all the discounts as well.
