Costco and Veuve Clicquot?

Are Costco's prices on Veuve Clicoquot better than that of a wine merchant? I need 6-12 bottles for a party. Other ideas for a source? I'm in a state that doesn't allow it to be shipped.

Costco has the best price in my area. Around $38 compared to $45.
