I'd like some new brands to try out. YUMMMMM! :heartbeat:

Lately I've only had Ghirardelli. (sp?)

I don't have a favorite but WS is very good and I think at half the price, TJ's is excellent.

Me.

It's SO easy.... white chocolate, peppermint extract, crushed candy canes. I put mine on a layer of dark chocolate, but that's just me.

Oooh, good question! I love the idea of peppermint bark, but most of the ones I've hard are too heavy on the white choc!! Any of these have little or no white?

I use this recipe from Epicurious. I ship out about 15 boxes and deliver about 15 bags every year. People start asking for it in October.

This recipe doesn't use any white chocolate if you want to make your own. I've never tried it though so I can't comment on how good it tastes.

I like the Target bark which I was lucky enough to find after Christmas for half off. Not sure if I'll find some this year. Never tried TJ's or W-S though.

I may attempt to make some on my own this year to save money. Will probably use the epicurious recipe since I need the white chocolate to cut the bittersweet which I am not a big fan of.

W-S usually marks their bark down after Christmas. I usually send my BIL a tin.

I bought five tins from WS to give out but then found a tin from WF. Hands down, WF was better!!!! And less than half the price!

Eta: but it is white chocolate heavy. WS had more dark chocolate.
