They didn't have enough of the free product to fill all the orders. They sent me an email that said that I will get the free product once it's back in stock or they will send me something of equivalent value.

Just wanted to mention that mine came in 2 separate boxes on 2 different days, each with no mention of the other. So if you haven't heard anything from them, it's possible your freebie might still be on its way!
