best deal on leappad cartridges?

Any suggestions on the best deals on leappad cartridges now? (And any recommendations on good ones?)

I was able to get a Leappad through Amazon this week, but now realize I should look at cartridges for it too... What's better - the cartridges or online downloads??

I got some of the cartridges when they were BOGO at toys r us. The app card on amazon seems to go down $13 at times. It's currently at 14.99 ($20 value). I know toys r us seems to be having several sales a week along with the weekly flyer. Last week it was a one day sale on Wed and a Fri/Sat sale so you might want to check them out to see if they put them on sale again.
