Can anyone recommend a cream whipper?

We make a lot of frou-frou coffee drinks at home, and would like to buy a cream whipper to garnish them. Can anyone recommend a certain brand or model? Ideally, I'd like to spend $60 or so. Can I get a good one for this price?

We have a 1pt iSi whipped cream dispenser that works great - you just have to use the disposable chargers for each pint of cream. It's this one:

Not available on Amazon anymore, so not sure how much it costs.
