View Full Version : Any input on whether these new Radians would actually make good boosters?

My mom was in an accident and I need to replace the 2 seats in her car as well as buy 2 new ones for my little guy.

I was thinking of Radians for DS2 and DS3, but DS2 is already almost 4.5, so his time in a harness makes me want to get him something that converts to a booster. Likely I'd get a Nautilus for Grandma, but the Radian might make it easier for her to fit all 3 boys...

Something like this

It's very difficult to tell what it's booster mode would be like, but I'm skeptical.

Or how is the Recaro Pro Sport as a booster?

DS2 is tall and skinny. He's about 43" and 36 lbs. So he has some time in a harness still as I would never switch to a booster before 5 and at least 40 lbs, preferably closer to 45. He has more than a year left in a harness for sure.

Thanks, I think that confirmed my suspicion about the belt guide. I'll get the 4 year old something else, but it still might be good for the baby.

Sorry, I forget why I was in a rush and couldn't actually say anything real yesterday....
