I saw this on Slickdeals a few days ago but just tried it myself and it worked.
In the Leappfrog section TRU is selling App cards for $25. They are labeled for $25 worth of Games, Ebooks, or Creativity and say "Bonus App" on the front. When you download the "Bonus App" it adds an additional $25 dollars to the your balance for a total of $50. Much better deal than even the cheapest Amazon discounts. This is helpful considering the apps are so pricey.
