Ideas for almost 3yo?

I'm looking for suggestions of what to buy an almost 3 year old girl. She has 2 older brothers, so I'm not sure what of the traditional items are already in the house. First I was thinking a puzzle, but then realized they prob already have those from the boys.
Want to spend under $10.

Thanks for any ideas. For some reason I just can't nail this one down.
