I have a Solia Flat iron and love it.
Have not had the greatest experience with Plum District though. Of three deals I bought, two had to be refunded and one (a magazine subscription) finally came, but not after several emails with them!

I also have a solia flat iron and it works great! Not sure about Plum district as I have never used them, though.

I've purchased several vouchers from PD and no issues (other than the companies that then become completely overwhelmed). You usually get the voucher right away so it should be relatively painless.
