I agree it seems a little nuts (especially with all their styles so low under retail). I figure if they didn't seem authentic you could just contact Ugg, because it is on their authorized retailer list...

I placed an order for Bailey Buttons. But I have a feeling if it goes through I'll be getting a cancel notice. Worth a shot though!

They have a B&M store in the Boston area. All sorts of terrible reviews about that store, not sure if that will translate to online orders or not...

I haven't done it but people say it works, you go to the bottom where it says live help. I think there is a line of people waiting to chat now because of SDs.

According to SDs, Nordie's has been notified that these are pricing errors and will not price match. I will be surprised if I don't get a cancellation on the one pair I ordered. But, I figured it was worth the risk. I did get my one pair of Uggs for $40 and they are real, so I was hoping these would ship!

Took awhile to get the order through. I added the ones I wanted to my cart early on then tried to price match to Nordstrom. I got the "we are investigating and will get back to you" so I went ahead and put my order through. It did take a few tries but I got a confirmation email so *hopefully* they honor the prices but I am not holding my breath! ;)

Thanks for finding the deal! I'm always up for a gamble!

I just got 3 notifications of the ONE pair I was trying to order. The page kept going white so I refreshed. I emailed them before the site went down. I dont need 3 pairs of Uggs LOL

Just got through to The Tannery. Very nice lady. Their system is CRASHED. She said all orders placed in the past few hours will most likely be cancelled.

I can vouch that this is a B&M store in the Boston area. Totally agree with the Yelp reviews about their horrendous customer service. I once tried on some boots there, and said to the man helping me (who I think might have been the owner) something like "Thanks, I am going to think about it," and he literally put his hand on my back and shoved me towards the door!:47: If this is a price error, I wouldn't hold my breath about them honoring it!

I'm expecting a cancellation too....but I'd like to know what made them mis-price such a HUGE amount of merchandise on their site! I know price mistakes happen, but this is ridiculous!

Some people on SDs have....I feel like they have had time to cancel and somehow I'm just hoping they will slip out into the fedex truck before anyone realizes the mistake!

Were your CCs charged? I haven't gotten a cancel yet, and I don't see a charge (but it could be lost in the sea of Lands End charges!!!)

I have a feeling they're just going to ignore the whole thing. Not cancel, nothing. Oh well, at least my card wasn't charged.

I have emailed them twice and got no response. I can't imagine anyone handling a situation worse. I can't believe they aren't even sending an email. The confirmation says it will ship within three business days IF THEY DON'T contact you about problems within 2 business days. I can't believe they aren't even going to dignify us with cancellations.

Truly disgusted.

That may very well be true, but they certainly didn't tell me about it! :) I'm honestly not all that disappointed, it seemed too good to be true, and almost like a bonus if I had gotten them. But wow, they really don't care about customer service, to not even offer a "sorry, because of a pricing error" email.

Worst CS ever, honestly, not that I am surprised. What company ignores orders placed for SIX days and then sends out an email saying, "but it was not our fault"?! Of course it WAS your fault. Take responsibility! Did they really think we would just forget and not expect an explanation?

Probably good for me since I have bought a bunch of other stuff I hadn't planned to so it's probably better the order didn't go through, budgeting wise!
