Any newborn baby toys on sale at Amazon (for gift)?

I haven't been paying attention to baby toys but I do have to get a gift, so I'd love send a toy (its a boy) thats on super sale on Amazon.

Any ideas?

I personally love to give a Lamaze toy and a Sandra Boynton book. My baby is loving the knot, which is not on a great deal right now.
