Art Supplies

I know there was a thread earlier this season about art supplies (as opposed to a kit). I cannot find it anywhere. Any ideas for art supplies for an artistically inclined almost 9 year old girl?

Does she have Prismacolor pencils? They are fantastic. If you can do brick and mortar, print a coupon, and either AC Moore or Michaels carries them. (or both stores do?). Now that I think about it, they are probably on sale right now which means you can't use a coupon (was at ac moore the other night and someone in line was joking about how the coupon was nearly impossible to use since everything in the store was on sale, not reg. price)
