Title pretty much says it all...got a bunch of egg whites from a recipe I made that needs yolks. No plans for an egg white omlette any time soon. Any other suggestions? Thanks!

Homemade angel food cake is sooo much better than a store-bought one...but you need 2 cups of egg whites. If you don't have that many yet, you can freeze what you've got until you have enough to make the cake.

In one of my cookbooks there's an awesome chocolate angel food cake recipe, wish I could remember which book...!
