I don't know the name, but my DS1 loves a free app about naming the states and capitals he plays at school.

Just downloaded "Where's my water?" today, and ds loves it. It is educational (physics) but he doesn't realize it ;) It's a Disney app, but I didn't see it on the list when I skimmed it. And it is free!
