My daughter received a Nintendo DS lite for xmas, but no games! (Silly in-laws.) So dh and I need to buy some but didn't budget for them. :) Any deals out there?

I've gotten a few deals, but no current ones. Best buy had some titles on clearance, as well as the clearance section of Target. Some places sell used games pretty cheap too. Good luck!

We are new to the DS market (and bought several games for 8.99 or less form Bestbuy before Christmas), but lots of people seem to buy used games at GameStop.

Gamestop has used games and you have 7 days to return them, so if you don't like them, you can take them back, which is nice. The prices on the used are less than Amazon on new usually, but sometimes they're awfully close. Target puts them on clearance at times and we got a couple good ones there a couple months ago.

All DS games, except 3DS, work on the DS Lite.

Ebay! Amazon has rated sellers who sell used games which we have had good luck with. Or go to the Best Buy website and search the clearance section too. Hth

You can probably get whole lots of used ones off Craigslist or eBay since the Lite is a few models old now. My DD has the Lite and that's how we got some of her games.

I highly recommend buying used at Game Stop. I love the fact that you can try them and if it is too hard for your kiddo or they just don't like the game you can go and exchange it for something else!
