Where can i buy these? Vs lasagna noodles!
Do "sheets" mean the ones that don't have crinkled edges? Not sure of the distinction between sheets & noodles, but both Trader Joe's brand & Barilla brand make the no-boil lasagna noodles that don't have crinkled edges and are just flat rectangles.

I love the Barilla no-boil noodles. You line them up differently than regular lasagna noodles, though. No need to cut them to fit or anything.

do you have any fresh pasta places near you? if they don't already sell them, they could easily make them as a special order.

I think it's definitely a big, pan sized sheet of pasta. The recipe (Maggiano's) calls for 6 layers and 6 sheets of noodles!
I'll do some checking today! Otherwise regular no-boil lasagna noodles will suffice.
The Whole Foods near me does pasta cut to order, and will sell whole sheets. Also, we have a local pasta place that does the same. Added bonus - it comes in a variety of flavors (spinach, whole wheat, etc) that you can't get from boxed noodles.

Wegmans sells refrigerated lasagna noodles that might be easy to piece together to sub for a whole sheet...
