Iso of Robeez deal, size 2-4 year

Looking for a cheap pair of Robeez soft sole shoes, size 2-4 year. They are the only shoe I am sure dd cannot get off during our daily stroller walks. I don't want to switch brands because I'm not sure if dd would be able to get a different brand off. I'm not too picky about the design, can be boys. I found some on their website for $19 something, plus shipping, just wondering if there is a better deal.

They had a few pairs of the larger sizes for girls and boys at my TJ Maxx today. They were $14.99.
