They are more on the white side but I think for $23 I am going to get them.

Thanks! I've been wanting to try this brand but couldn't take the $50 cost. This is a great deal!

what is the hype w/this brand? that they wash well? I'm all for leather since the foot can 'breath'. Is the whole shoe man made material?

and isn't 2.5 big kid? wonder why it's listed as little kid size? doesn't a 7 or 8 year old typically wear that size?

They really do hold up well. They are easy to wash.

My 7YO wears a size 5. Different brands (and amazon) divide the line between toddler/little kid and youth/big kid at varying points.

Thanks OP ordered a pair. We find these generally run about 1/2 to whole size larger than other brands.

This is one of those brands I will pay full price for! They hold up really well and DD doesn't seem to grow out of them so quickly.

that's what I mean a 2.5 is little kid. to me a 7.5 year old isn't a little kid, know what i mean? not sure if I should get a 2.5 or is that a toddler size vs for a 7 YO child?

I don't think that's a toddler size since they are listed from small to large. If you look, it seems as though they don't start saying "big kid" until about size 3 or so. I'm fairly certain from looking at it that 2.5 would be for a 7 yo and not a baby.

thank you. I'm trying out a pair for DD for her basketball team. She just turned 6 and is in a rec league so these should work out great. I bought size 13-she's been in 12's for more than a year!!! I can't believe their are 7 YO's with a size 2.5. DD is typically big for her age but I can't imagine being in that size next year.

My almost 9 year old is in a 2, and I do not think my 6 year old will be wearing that size for at least another 2 years.

Wow. My daughter must have tiny feet! She's almost 7 and has been in an 11 (toddler/little kid) for the past year!

They are also good for kids who have a wider foot. DD1 has a wider foot and high instep and her Tsukioshis fit really well.

I'm an adult with small feet and can fit in a youth 2.5. My costco kirkland fake uggs are a 2. I can wear a kids' 2-3, and a women's 5 but only if it ties like a sneaker, or is a boot/sandal. I walk out of women's pumps that are a size 5.

My DS1 is almost 8 and is about a size 1. That's not big at all for his age but he's rapidly catching up to me. I bought his snow boots a little big (they ran big) and they are a 1 and I can squeeze into them. Sad!

Yikes my DD as huge feet...size 4 at 8 1/2! I've always wanted to try these shoes btw...are they supportive enough for a toddler who has only been walking for 2 months?

How do these run compared to New Balance? She is currently wearing a 12 W, but I was planning on not buying her a wide next time because the current pair ran wide. We tried a pair of Saucony XW and they dudn't fit width wise at all.

eta: I started wearing a women's size 5 just shy of 8 yrs. old. The last pair of true little kids shoes I had were my first communion shoes and they were a pair of size 3s that fit like size 4. I was in a womens size 9 by the time I was 10 yrs. old. I'd love small feet.
