Need a deal on Nintendo DSi, DSi XL or 3Ds

Where can I find a good deal on one of this handheld? Is buying used from craiglist a good idea? I can get a gently used DSi for $70 locally.

Bumping to see if you ever found a deal. Against my better judgement, we are shopping for one for DD who earned a bunch of money for her birthday and really wants one. I can't say no when it's her own money:p
We did get a used DSi at Gamestop yesterday for $100 but it doesn't seem to hold a charge so it's going back today. Has anyone seen a good deal or a good bundle at least at a B&M store? We have Target, GameStop, TRU and Walmart all within a 5 mile radius of each other.
