what color goes with Citron?

I bought a JCrew Citron sweater today, it has a super deep V- that goes down to the waist, so the front is open and the sides sort of puff or billow out, if that makes sense. Obviously, I have to wear some sort of shirt or tank underneith. So, what colors go with or complement Citron? Navy is one, but I think I'll prob be wearing jeans on the bottom. Any other ideas?

You know, i don't have a pic of the sweater, but Ii think it's got more green in it, so maybe more like a chartreuse color?

I think jcrew's citron is one of those that are good for color blocking because it is so vibrant. personally I would do safe mixing like black/white/citron or off-white/dark brown/citron.

eta I've also seen it done with purple and charcoal gray. not together, but individually with the citron.

I wore a citron/chartruese v-neck w/ jeans and this vest and got quite a compliment from a fashionista. She told me the citron w/this particular lingonberry jam color was a perfect match. The color on the monitor is not quite how it is IRL, but it's kinda like a purplish pink berry.

Great color combo! It's fun to experiment with color, but takes some getting used to and courage! Good feedback is so encouraging.

The other day, I wore a bright magenta sweater skirt from ON with a gray v-neck 3/4 length sleeve sweater, gray tights and pewter ballet flats. People seemed to like the look, although, I never would've worn so much color in the past!
