I am going to France and need one nicer outfit but nothing tooo formal....I have this dress and love it but I don't want to go out and buy new closed toe heels....would this work w/ knee high suede boots?

I think so. If it weren't for the ruffle it'd be an easy yes but I still think it would work. France! How exciting!!
