Layering, scoop neck, longer t's

That aren't as expensive as Splendid. I have exactly one black one and it's starting to fade because I wear it at least once per week. They can be tissue t's, but have to to scoop or cowl neck. I'm well endowed and higher necklines are typically not good on me. I wear a med/large depending on the brand and how much they shrink.
Ideas of where to start stalking?

go to old navy (in-store always cheaper than online). they usually have a bunch of long sleeves or short sleeves basic t's on sale or clearance. i just bought 3 scoop neck long sleeve tees for $2-3 each (price varied with color) in white, grey and maroon/brick.

I bought a few of these from regular Land's End during the sale in December, and I love them. They are super super comfortable and flattering and are perfect for wearing under other layers (like the cowl neck dress!):

targer tissue t's, old navy basic scoop neck t's, gapnhas a thin cowlneck t on clearance. I also find layering scoopnecks at tjmaxx in the juniors dept.

I was in the Gap a few weeks ago and they had their shirts on sale then for a great price (40% off clearance price then--not sure what they're marked now). Most of their long-sleeved shirts this season are very thin and long (as well as scoopneck and v-neck) so they might work for you if they still have stock left.
