Stomach bug..how long are you contagious

DS1 threw up 3 times on Friday night. So far no one else has gotten sick. Is it safe to assume that we are in the clear or could other family members still catch the same bug?

I think it depends on the exact virus. It could be anywhere from 24 hours vomit free to 2 weeks. Unfortunately you just can't know. I live by the 24 hour rule to get back into normal life, but try to be cautious about extra handwashing, etc.
