Reducing photo size in Picassa (for uploading to CL, etc.)

I need to reduce some photos in size, so that I can use them on CL. I just tried uploading them at full-size, and they aren't working.

I currently have Picassa and the standard Microsoft picture viewer on our computer. How do I reduce a photo in size in order to upload it somewhere?

Use the export button, it'll make a smaller copy of the pictures in an "export" folder. Do 800, perfect for CL.
