Are you signed up for their e-mails? They constantly send out promotion codes, but the $20 off is an unusually good one. I don't know if this is why I got it or not, but I bought several photo books, two calendars and address labels from them all in one month.

I have a $10 coupon that expires today as well.

I noticed about 6 months ago I wasn't getting the super coupons that others were- despite ordering $100's worth of items every year from them. I opened a newer account and I do seem to get the better coupons on the newer one rather than the older one (I got the $20 coupon on the new account, and the $10 on the old one).

No idea why they are divvying them up this way, but it worked for me.

I just signed up again for emails (I had unsubbed from many lists last year to reduce email clutter). I, too, have ordered a large number of books recently and have more to go for other family members in India (catching up on years and years of scrapbooking!). So far they have been a big hit :heartbeat:

My internet/computer crashed as I was finishing up my book last night so mine went unused. Oh well, now I'm ready for the next one.

You should try calling customer service with your issue they have allowed me to use a coupon after expiration
as a one time courtesy before because I was unable to finish my book in time.
