I just bought soccer cleats at Dicks Sporting Goods for half off clearance Sunday. They had TONS and I think I paid $4 for one (umbro) and $6 for the other (under armour). Of course YMMV depending on the store.

If you aren't opposed to used, I know our local, "once upon a child" has a lot of soccer cleats. They are usually about $6 per pair. I don't mind buying used, since they look like crap after the first use anyway.
