Has anyone used the Social Thinking (http://www.socialthinking.com/what-is-social-thinking) curriculum with their SN kids? If you have used it, please share your experience with it: did you find it helpful? what age did you start at? how quickly/slowly did your child progress through the materials?
DS has been working through the "You Are A Social Detective (http://www.socialthinking.com/books-products/books-by-age-group/k-5th-grade?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage.tpl&product_id=317&category_id=60)" book. He seems to enjoy it, but still has a hard time with some of the concepts. I recently bought "Thinking About You Thinking About Me (http://www.socialthinking.com/books-products?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage.tpl&product_id=124&category_id=14)" and have just started reading it.
I'm really interested in this approach, but I don't know anyone who has actually used it.
