We're looking into a harnessed booster for very tall and slender DD (who will be 3-3.5 when we start using it)

I'd prefer something that she'll be able to use for several years, harnessed and then unharnessed much later if possible.

It will be in the center of the back of our Honda Civic, with a rear-faced Marathon on one side of it, if that makes a difference. We need to keep DD in the middle so she can see out the front to counteract her carsickness.

TIA for your thoughts!

If you want to actually use it as a booster after she outgrows the harness then you'll need to get the Nautilus. The headrest of the Maestro doesn't move so it is actually outgrown in booster mode at the exact same time the harness is outgrown. It would probably last your DD till she is 7 in the harness, but after that you'd have to buy a separate belt-positioning booster. So my vote is the Nautilus (or Frontier 85 since it's booster is the tallest on the market).

I think fitting it next to the marathon is really going to be the bigger limitation here. No specific advice though.

How about the Evenflo Secure Kid 300 or 400 (http://www.amazon.com/s/?_encoding=UTF8&x=10&redirect=true&tag=carseatblog-20&linkCode=ur2&y=18&camp=1789&rd=1&creative=390957&field-keywords=Evenflo%20SecureKid%20&url=search-alias%3Dbaby-products)? They are brand new seats but are supposed to be narrow with high harness slots and an adjustable headrest for the booster years. So, improvement over the Maestro and, for some families/kids, a better choice than the Nautilus. I don't know how it will puzzle next to an MA, but it is narrower than the GN.

I haven't watched the video myself, but you might find it useful:
