Does SuperTarget price match for grocery items?

If so, how does it work? I'd love to be able to do it with some items from our local grocery store. If they price match, can I do it at the register when I check out with my groceries, or do I need to go to the customer service/ returns desk or something?

You have to go to Cs, and they don't match x for x deals, like 2 for $10.
