Does his exist? We have a spare boulevard CS in the garage but don't know if the click feature locks the straps in place. We now need this feature for our determined 3 yr old who keeps getting out of her seat!

Is it the new (black shell) seat or the old (white shell) seat? The black shell seat is way harder for kids to wriggle their fingers into and loosen than the white one (they even have a device they'll send you to make the white shell one harder for kids to access, check their website or give them a call).--the CS feature has nothing to do with it, though, that's only for adults to know it's been pulled tight enough.
Otherwise, the sad answer is discipline and diversion... and bribery. I'm not above bribery when it's a life and death situation :wink2: (usually, "Mommy can't drive the car when you aren't strapped in properly, we have to pull over and fix your straps, and it will take us longer to get to grandma's/chuck e cheese/whatever highly desirable place you can think of" works pretty well after one or two tries. Evenflo Triumph also has knobs you have to turn on the side that kids can't even reach, if the discipline doesn't kick in eventually.
