Trying to figure out what the best option is...what needs more tightening? Belly or hips? After a c-section, I would say belly but my hips and pubic bine etc are in so much pain this time around that I kind of like the idea of the hip shrinker.
I know my Dr will write a script for a post surgery abdomenal binder, but the one I got last time was HUGE and ended up covered in blood and ws not suitable for wearing more than a few days.
Any thoughts? Any BTDT on these types of products? There are, of course, umpteen sites that promote one or the other, it is almost too much to sift through!
