I realized back in December that I had never received my rewards certificate for the redemption time ending on Oct 31. When I added up all my qualifying dollars (which is different than the amount spent) it added to more than the minimum required to get a reward. But when I looked at the top where it lists each reward period and the number of points, it was only $95. I called and asked why and the rep "escalated" it to the management level. I never heard back. So I called again. They escalated it again. Finally I heard back, and they are sending me my $5 reward.
They have no idea why this happened. Apparently at that time there was a special Lego promotion that gave double points for buying lego items. The system wasn't processing it correctly.
In addition, there was a Lego promotion at that same time where you would get "Lego" dollars if you spent a certain amount in Legos, which I did. I never received that certificate either, and that is supposedly on the way in the mail as well.
So anyway, check to see they calculated right for you!
