Planning DD's birthday and we have decided that we want to give each kid a little thing of bubbles, some chalk and a sheet of stickers. I've already found the stickers. Where would you look for the bubbles and the chalk? I was thinking Target but DH suggested the Dollar Store.

How big of a bottle of bubbles?

My dad & his fiancee found bubbles at either Target or Party City for my DD's party favors last year.

The bubbles were bigger than wedding-favor bubbles but smaller than the small sized bubbles at the grocery store ... I'd guess maybe 4oz?

I don't know how much they spent on them.

You can also try Oriental Trading for bubbles:

Not huge bubbles. Something that could fit in a normal sized goodie bag.

I would check Party City. They have a ton of favors there.

The party section of Target has some good things, as well as occasionally the dollar bins, depending on what you're looking for. Spring is a good time to find some goodies. Also Dollar Tree.
