Yes, very cool. Everything that we're looking at is way, way, way below what we have right now. Our Walkscore goes between 74 and 77 at different times, but we're looking at stuff in the 20's and 50's. :gloomy:

Ugh I feel ya... Our walkscore would go up, but our quality/size of home would plummet since we're looking at an area with a much higher COL. Moving decisions are so hard!
