That the hand-me-down 20% off will overlap with the dress sale? Also, do I need the postcard saying HMD 20% off or do I just bring in my used and get it automatically?

Its not going to over lap. The dress sale will start on the 27, & hmd ends on the 26. Though someone said you can get price adjust if its cheaper. And I don't think you need the card, just the clothes. At least tours how it worked in the past.
